I booked a one way ticket to LA and started the Music Production Program at Icon Collective. This music school truly gave me the varied skillsets I’ve always been interested in learning like Music Business, The Artist Mindset, Songwriting, Music Theory, Studio Techniques, Ear Training, and Synthesis. Most importantly, the mentoring sessions were top notch! An added bonus was the incredibly supportive community experience. If you’re thinking about the total and complete school for music, the answer is Icon!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Icon Collective. This music production school is truly a place where your efforts directly translate into results. I discovered valuable lessons from everyone I encountered there. It's an environment that encourages you to push your limits and embrace the possibility of failure. The faculty and staff are incredibly supportive, always ready to answer questions and provide guidance. Moreover, the opportunity to share your music and receive feedback is invaluable. I want to give a special shoutout to the dedicated team behind the scenes, the black lanyards, who work tirelessly to ensure the smooth functioning of the school and create a fantastic work environment. If you're passionate about music production and looking for a school that fosters growth and creativity, Icon Collective is the perfect choice. P.S If you end up going, go to office hours in person or online. You amount of little gems you pick up over time is invaluable.

I don't know where to start. ICON Collective has been crucial to my development as a music producer and as a musician as a whole. The progress that I made in a year and a half (with the Advanced program) would have taken me at LEAST five years to achieve on my own, maybe even longer. I was constantly pushed out of my comfort zone, such as with learning vocal production and vocal tracking. Now I feel more confident than ever that I'll be able to achieve my goals. Thank you to the instructors and staff that enable a smooth learning experience and thanks ICON, it's been an amazing past year and a half!

I graduated the Advanced Music Production Program in June 2022. I can confidently say there isn't any other place like ICON. Like everyone else, I saw the alumni and was very impressed and honestly fell victim to good marketing. I didn't know what to expect when I got there but I was absolutely blown away and am still extremely impressed and grateful for what ICON is doing. They allow the instructors to speak freely and really inject their personalities and perspective into their lessons. You get pushed pretty far outside your comfort zone and are forced to do things you would never see yourself doing. They really listen to their students and are constantly changing and upgrading the curriculum based on what students are saying. You have access to sooo much equipment and studios. Not to mention all of the staff and peers that are eager to help and listen to what you're working on . The people are some of the coolest and best people I have met. I have a tight group of friends that are all extremely driven, creative and talented that I met here. It is 100% a collective. 95% of the people I met were friendly and down to earth. The campus is always full of people working on music and it is such an inspiring place to be. If you can afford it, ICON is 100% worth it. and PIZZA FRIDAY. Love you guys, thanks for everything. Icon is absolutely what you make of it. I just finished the advanced program and I think it was one of the best decisions I've made. If you're thinking about coming here, it's a great school for a modern music education, but what makes this school special is the atmosphere of this building, the people you meet, and the instructors who truly care. I'm excited for my future in music because of this school. If you have the means, the advanced program is serious, fast paced, and you will level up.

I was a student at icon this past year and all I can say is, if you are an aspiring artist that’s struggling to figure what the next step should be to level up your game, icon is the way to go. I was able to hone in on my craft while networking and creating amazing friendships from all around the world. I Could not have asked for a better experience.
